We help teams decide where AI belongs, prototype the approach, and build it into a product or internal workflow. For large language models (LLMs) and agents, the work includes context and tool interfaces, structured outputs, and durable execution. Tool permissions and approval gates belong in the surrounding software, not solely in a prompt. Latency, cost, and failure recovery shape the architecture.
We build versioned datasets and repeatable evaluation harnesses around task-specific criteria. Deterministic checks cover behavior with a clear expected result; model-based grading applies an explicit rubric. We inspect failures at the case level and compare repeated runs against a baseline, because an aggregate score can hide regressions. Production traces feed back into the evaluation set.
